Overview

Spongo IO is a comprehensive CRM platform specifically designed to streamline the processes of inbound marketing, sales, and customer service. The platform's goal was to provide businesses with a user-friendly tool that could centralize customer interactions, automate marketing workflows, manage sales pipelines, and improve customer support.

The project was completed in two phases: the website design and development, which was delivered over a 3-week period, followed by the design and implementation of the web application, which was completed over a span of 2 months.

Discovery & Planning

We worked closely with the client to understand the platform's goals and user needs. Through research and planning, we developed user personas and mapped out key user journeys, ensuring the platform would be simple and intuitive for all users.

(UX) Design

Our goal was to create a smooth experience for users, making it easy to navigate the CRM. We focused on clear flows that allowed users to manage marketing campaigns, track sales, and provide customer support without hassle.
